ONLINE GIVING
Tithing—giving our first fruits for God’s work on earth—shows our faith in His providence. Giving online is a safe, convenient way to honor the Lord with our tithes and gifts, proving through our regular contributions that we are faithful stewards of all He has provided.
Since security is always a concern, we want to ensure you that online giving is very safe. It is actually less risky than giving by cash or check because your electronic transfer cannot be lost or stolen. And this giving option will cost you nothing; in fact, it will save you the cost of checks and save the church the cost of offering envelopes.
Your annual charitable contribution statement from First Baptist Sherman will include your online giving. In addition, your bank statement will provide you with a record of all tranfers to the church.
You may make contributions to the church with your debit card, credit card, checking or savings account. You also have the flexibility to give to the general operating fund or to specify any other fund.
